This roast squash recipe is an INKA dinner party favorite. We love how few ingredients it requires and how damn delicious it tastes. Mix it all together, throw in the oven, you literally can't go wrong!

To Grab
- 1 acorn squash thinly sliced
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 TBSP fresh herbs
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1/2 TSP garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
To Do
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer to a large baking pan.
- Bake in oven for 25 min.
