Shipping within the U.S.

 

How much does domestic U.S. shipping cost?

 

The following shipping tiers apply to domestic U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and US territories):

- Orders that are over $85 in value, ship free
- Orders that are below $85 in value and weigh 0 lbs to 1 lbs will be charged $3 flat rate shipping
- Orders that are below $85 in value and weigh over 1 lbs will be charged $7 flat rate shipping

     

    Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands are not included in the domestic shipping rates listed above. Shipping to these regions is based on the following tiers: 

    - Orders that weigh 0 lbs to 1 lbs will be charged $20 flat rate shipping
    - Orders that weigh 1 lbs to 6 lbs will be charged $25 flat rate shipping
    - Orders that weigh 6 lbs + will be charged $50 flat rate shipping

      How fast is your U.S. shipping?

      Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Note that we only ship on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following day. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 to 4 business days from its ship date, or 2-3 weeks if you are located in Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories.       Please note we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

       

      Do you offer rush shipping?

      *UPDATE* Due to COVID19 restrictions and delays, we have had to disable our rush shipping options.

       

      Do you ship to PO boxes?

      We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. If you process an order using a PO box, it will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you. 

       

      How do I track my order?

      Shipping Internationally 

       

      Do you ship to international PO boxes?

      Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

       

      How much does international shipping cost?

      For all international orders, shipping rates are calculated by weight. The following tiers apply:

      - Orders that weigh 0 lbs to 1 lbs will be charged $20 flat rate shipping
      - Orders that weigh 1 lbs to 2 lbs will be charged $25 flat rate shipping
      - Orders that weigh 2 lbs to 6 lbs will be charged $50 flat rate shipping
      - Orders that weigh 6 lbs + will be charged $80+for shipping. 

        We recommend you head to our final check out page to receive an accurate shipping quote for your order. 

        This does not include taxes or duties.  This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes: The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and Duties charged for processing by your country.         In the event your local customs authority is unable to contact you regarding the taxes and duties due on the purchases, and the item is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fees.

         

        What countries do you ship to?

        All countries! There are currently no countries we don’t ship to.

         

        How do I track my international order?

        You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Click the link to track your order.

         

        How fast is your international shipping?

        *UPDATE* Due to COVID19 restrictions, we are experiencing significant shipping delays and the below times are no longer guaranteed. Please email us at hello@inka.world if you need an order urgently.  

        Barring any complications, once you place your order, we need about 2 business days to get it your package out of our warehouse and on its way to you.

        Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-12 business days of its ship date. Shipping times vary by country and cannot be determined until the order is placed. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays. 

         

        Can I get my international order faster?

        Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping. However, we ship all international orders via express service so we estimate you will receive your order within 4-12 business days, and sometimes sooner! 

         

        What kind of duties/taxes should I expect to pay on an international order?

        The UK: All orders under £135, are subject to a 20% additional tax upon import. All orders £135 - £630, are subject to a 22% additional tax upon import. 

        New Zealand: All orders under $1000 NZD are not subject to any additional duties/taxes. If your order is above $1000 NZD, you will be subject to 15% GST + $55.71 import transaction fee.  

         

        Returns & Exchanges

         

        What is your returns policy?

        US Returns: We offer returns and exchanges within the U.S. if the products are in  unused condition, with original packaging. The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products are considered unused if there is no sign of wear on the products and all original packaging is included and in resellable condition. Any products that have had food in them, are not eligible for return. Please email hello@inka.world to request a return or exchange and we will provide a shipping label. Please note that returns are not free, and $15 will be deducted from your refund for shipping and restocking fees. 

         

        International Returns

        We also offer returns for international customers, but cannot cover or arrange shipping. Please contact us at hello@inka.world for further instructions. 

        You have 14 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.  

        INKA monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange service to anyone.

        Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable for any packages that may be lost on the way back to us.

         

        How do I return or exchange an order from within the U.S.?

        Please email us at hello@inka.world and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.  We can only process a return if it's within 14 days of the delivery date.

         

        How do I return an order from outside the U.S.? 

        Please email us at hello@inka.world and we will send you a shipping address and instructions. You will need to organize shipping through your local carrier and take your package to the courier. Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable to process refunds for any packages that may be lost on it's way back to us.

         

        What if my return is late?

        Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return. All returns should be in new, unused, unworn condition in original packaging.

         

        Can I return a gift?

        Yes! For domestic orders, you can return or exchange with a $15 shipping fee within 14 days of delivery. International orders can also be returned or exchanged but we cannot cover the shipping fee. 

         

        Can I exchange an item from my order?

        Yes, you can! Please note that we do not cover shipping fees for exchanges. For domestic orders, exchanges cost $15 and we can send you a prepaid shipping label for returning the goods. If you’re an international customer and would like to exchange an item, you’ll have to arrange and cover the cost of sending the item(s). Exchanges are only eligible for unused and unworn goods, in their original packaging. Any products that have had food in them, are not eligible for return or exchange. Once we receive your original order, your exchange will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days. To process an exchange, please email us at hello@inka.world.

         

        Make sure to have your exchange dropped off and scanned 14 days from the original delivery date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your exchanged items. For domestic customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot exchange a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. 

         

        How do I create an exchange?

        To create an exchange email us at hello@inka.world and we will provide you with a shipping label. You’ll need to print the label off, stick it onto your package and drop the package at the courier. Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable for any packages that may be lost on its way back to us.

         

        When will I get my refund?

        Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed by our team and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

         

        What's your policy on lost or missing packages?

        Any lost or missing packages must be declared via email to orders@inka.world 14 days after the delivery date. Please note that if you do not select shipping with 'Required Signature Confirmation' during check out, we are not liable to refund or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by our delivery carriers. This is because we are unable to claim insurance with our delivery carriers on packages that have been delivered without signature confirmation. We recommend paying the extra fee for signature confirmation for insurance on your package. In addition, we are not liable to replace or refund orders due to loss or theft, if they are scanned as delivered by our delivery partners. If you do receive a replacement order, the same rules apply.

         

        I bought items at full price and they are now on sale. Can I get a refund on the discount amount?

        Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items bought at full price before a sale period. 

         

        The products I received arrived damaged or defective. What are my options?

        If you receive damaged items, we require that you inform us within 7 days of the item's delivery by emailing hello@inka.world. We then have 5 business days to investigate what went wrong and respond with a way to remedy the situation. In some cases we do require that damaged goods are sent back to our warehouse for inspection. The damaged items have to be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. If you have contacted us outside of the 7 day window, the goods cannot be returned or refunded. We are only liable to replace the products that are damaged or defective, not any products that had been delivered in satisfactory condition. If you would like to return all products for a full refund, please contact us to proceed this route. 

         

        I have been using my Inka products for sometime now and am unhappy with them. Can I get a refund?

        No, our products do not come with a warranty. We ask customers to closely inspect their products upon receiving them as once they are used we cannot refund or return them due to product hygiene restrictions.
