Shipping within the U.S.
We offer free shipping within the US on orders over $100 and on any Lunch Kit or Food Container "Set of 6" order. If you live outside of the US, we love you too! We have $25 worldwide flat rate shipping. Please bear in mind we won’t cover duties and taxes.
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 to 4 business days from its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Please note do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes! We offer 2 Day Air for orders within the U.S. You can select 2 Day Air at checkout.
This shipping cost is nonrefundable. Please also note, we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
How do I track my order?
You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Click the link to track your order!
Do you ship to international PO boxes?
Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
How much does international shipping cost?
We offer $25 flat fees for all international shipping.
What countries do you ship to?
All countries! There are currently no countries we don’t ship to.
How do I track my international order?
You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Click the link to track your order.
Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?
No sorry, we don’t cover Duties and Taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

How fast is your international shipping?
Barring any complications, once you place your order, we need about 2 business days to get it your package out of our warehouse and on its way to you.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-12 business days of its ship date. Shipping times vary by country and cannot be determined until the order is placed. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.
Can I get my international order faster?
Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 4-12 business days, and sometimes sooner!
What kind of duties/taxes should I expect to pay on an international order?
The UK: All orders under £135, are subject to a 20% additional tax upon import. All orders £135 - £630, are subject to a 22% additional tax upon import.
New Zealand: All orders under $1000 NZD are not subject to any additional duties/taxes. If your order is above $1000 NZD, you will be subject to 15% GST + $55.71 import transaction fee.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
For Lunch Kit orders, we offer free returns and exchanges within the U.S. if the products are in new condition with original packaging. Please email email@example.com to request a return or exchange.
We also offer returns on Lunch Kits for international customers, but cannot cover or arrange shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You have 14 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Inka monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange service to anyone.
All Food Containers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re unhappy with your product, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable for any packages that may be lost on it's way back to us.
How do I return or exchange an order from within the U.S.?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
How do I return an order from outside the U.S.?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a shipping address and instructions. You will need to organize shipping through your local carrier and take your package to the courier. Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable for any packages that may be lost on it's way back to us.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! For our Lunch Kit, returns and exchanges are free. For our Food Containers sorry, we don’t allow returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
You can! If you want to swap a Lunch Kit for a new size or color, you can create an exchange by emailing as at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note only U.S orders are eligible for exchanges. Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned 14 days from the ship date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
How do I create an exchange?
To create an exchange email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping label. You’ll need to print the label off, stick it onto your package and drop the package at the courier. Please keep a receipt of your shipment, we are not liable for any packages that may be lost on it's way back to us.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed by our team and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
