Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Potentially the most underrated dish on the Thanksgiving table: a good cranberry sauce ✨ It will add punchy brightness to your plate full of neutral colors and heavy flavors. Easily transportable to wherever you're celebrating in sustainable foodware (like ours).

To Grab

  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • Juice and zest of one orange

To Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook until most of the cranberries have popped, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with orange zest to finish.
