This protein-packed dish is no mere egg substitute. Eat it solo or take Christine's advice and enjoy it with an everything bagel.
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbs non-dairy milk
- salt to tast
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Crumble tofu into pan with hands.
- Add nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric & garlic powder. Stir.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour in non-dairy milk and mix.
