Christine Katlyn's Tofu Scramble

This protein-packed dish is no mere egg substitute. Eat it solo or take Christine's advice and enjoy it with an everything bagel. 

To Grab

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbs non-dairy milk
  • salt to tast

To Do

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Crumble tofu into pan with hands.
  2. Add nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric & garlic powder. Stir.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour in non-dairy milk and mix.
  5. Enjoy!
