Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • Melted chocolate 
  • Strawberries 

 

To Do

  1. Rinse strawberries thoroughly & pat with paper towels until dried completely.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips & coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  4. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate & place on baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate until chocolate is set (about 30 min).
